When a scheduler from a surgical office logs in to One Medical Passport, she automatically sees a list of just the physicians in her office with the procedures that they routinely perform. With 2 clicks, the physician and procedure are selected, and then patient information is entered. The booking request is then submitted, and a confirmation showing the exact details of the booking including a date/time stamp are created.
The surgical booking then appears online at the facility’s surgical booking office, where the booking can be confirmed and or modified with just a few mouse clicks. The information is then recorded and a confirmation is automatically sent back to the surgical office. |
